Arriving in Anchorage

Another grey morning to start the day.  And today (Aug 17), we are arriving in Anchorage.  I really liked the layering effect the clouds created over the downtown area of Anchorage – kind of a photographic layered collage!

And, when I turned in the opposite direction, this was the view – again, layering, but with some added interest. The speedboat adds a nice balance element in the lower left corner, and can you see the rain falling from the clouds in the upper right portion of the image?
